Should you send out a newsletter?

 

Is it worth the effort sending out a regular newsletter? The short answer is yes. But how you go about sending your newsletter makes all the difference.

Be sure your newsletter is relevant and of value to your subscriber base, and try not to sell to them everytime you send out a newsletter.

Instead be more of an advisory service, and provide helpful advice and information. Then when you send out the occasional promotion, your subscribers will take note and respond.

It is also important to ensure your newsletter is regular and consistent. Don't let months go by between editions.

Your newsletter also ensures your brand and company are "Top of Mind" among your customers and prospects, so it is important to remain consistent, and when the need arises, your customers will think of you first.
